Are there laundry hookups in each unit?
Some 2 bed units have laundry hookups in the unit. The other units have a shared coin laundry located on site.
What are the average utility bills?
This varies for each tenant and each unit. However, the average water bill runs $90/quarter and the average heat/electric bills combined range from $30/month in the summer to $150/month in the winter.
Are there storage units available?
There are some storage closets on site but these are limited. Please see Landlord for availability.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at this time.
Is there spots nearby to walk/hike?
There are large grass areas and walks down to the river located on the property. There is also a beautiful park located right across the river!
Is smoking allowed inside apartments?
No, there is no smoking allowed inside of apartment units. Smoking is allowed if the person is more than 20 feet from apartment entrances.
